Dried mealworms

Offer wild birds about 1–2 Tbsp per day (a little more during breeding or cold snaps), give backyard hens/ducks mealworms as a treat—roughly 10–20 worms per hen up to 3–4× a week—and for pet birds stick to about ½–2 tsp a few times a week.
TIP: Serve dry for adults or soak in warm water 10–15 minutes for nestlings and tiny birds

Squeeze all air out of the bag and zip it shut at the top.
If the zip lock gets removed or damaged, fold the top over several times and close with a clip.

I bought this brand of dried mealworms for the nice price point and the high percentage of protein ( non-GMO was also a plus). This is the fourth brand of mealworms I have tried in the last 6 months, and they did look especially big and fresh when I opened the bag. For whatever reason, the wild birds at my feeders have gone crazy over this particular brand! I am done trying various brands, this is the one I am sticking with. I think the birds will approve!
