Eligibility

Only unopened consumable products (e.g., food, treats, supplements) are eligible for return.

Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Bundle orders: You cannot return part of a bundle; bundled products must be returned together, unopened.
How to Initiate a Return
Email our Customer Support team at support@petdiscounters.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return & a brief explanation for the return
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Authorization and instructions.
Shipping
- To return your product, mail it to: 635 Jeffers Cir, Exton, PA 19341

Pack the unopened items securely in their original packaging and include the Return Authorization form.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Inspection & Refund

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items to confirm they are unopened and in original condition.

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of inspection.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
