Refund policy

Eligibility

  • Only unopened consumable products (e.g., food, treats, supplements) are eligible for return.

  • Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Bundle orders: You cannot return part of a bundle; bundled products must be returned together, unopened.

How to Initiate a Return

Email our Customer Support team at support@petdiscounters.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return & a brief explanation for the return

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Authorization and instructions.

Shipping

  • To return your product, mail it to: 635 Jeffers Cir, Exton, PA 19341
  • Pack the unopened items securely in their original packaging and include the Return Authorization form. 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Inspection & Refund

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items to confirm they are unopened and in original condition.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of inspection.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
