Dried Black Soldier Fly Larvae

Direct Feeding:
For chickens and birds, a few larvae can be scattered on top of their regular feed or offered by hand.
For reptiles, offer a few larvae at a time, adjusting the quantity based on the animal's size and dietary needs.
Rehydration:
Soak dried BSFL in warm water for a few minutes to rehydrate them, making them more palatable and easier to digest.

Squeeze all air out of the bag and seal it shut at the top. If the zip lock gets removed or damaged, fold the top over several times and close with a clip.
Store dried BSFL in a cool, dry place to maintain freshness. If rehydrating, use them promptly to prevent spoilage.

Actual BSF larvae that is GREAT for the price

I've been cycling through different BSF products depending on price, mostly. Sometimes I feel like certain products -- especially from China -- are not actually BSF, but just regular mealworms. These are definitely BSF larvae, though I feel like they are more dried out than some of the brands available in the US. BUT, for as much as you get for the price, it's definitely worth it. The quality is fine, and locally-available product is just too expensive, so this one is well worth it.

These are excellent! Although I got these for my chickens, I didn’t find them very tasty personally…j/k! Chickens love them and a fair price!

Huge bag, good quality, brings my chickens running!

My chickens love these! This is a huge bag that comes vacuum packed (so be careful opening it the first time). They appear to be of good quality, as my chickens race over to me to get them. I haven't tried any but my birds swear by them (or at them, I'm not quite sure). We are halfway though this bag and have yet to find larvae that are too dark or over heated. I have 6 chickens and this giant bag has lasted for months. A much better deal than buying a small bag at my local discount store.
