Designed to grow brine shrimp (Artemia) from babies (nauplii) to the adult form. The diet is also used to feed adult artemia being held as a live food. Artemia that are not fed will utilize most of their body tissues over a few days if they are not fed. This makes them have little nutritional value for the fishes to which they are being fed. Feeding the artemia maintains their nutritional value so they in turn are nutritious for your fishes to consume. Made in the USA. 11.5 grams per tube. Dispensing spoon included.
