Features an exclusive red spot heat indicator on the front that turns black when the element is hot. Made of heavy-duty ceramic and are double glazed for long-life.

Emits infrared energy (just like the sun) that will not disturb day/night cycles of your pets. Will not shatter if splashed with water or cleaner and will last many times longer than glass heat lamps. Ceramic heat elements have no delicate filaments and will last up to 4 times longer than heat lamps.

For birds, reptiles, turtles, cats, dogs or any animal in need of warmth. Can be used in terrariums, hospital cages, aviaries, and outdoor enclosures.

115 Volt, 60 Hz. operation only. (USA and Canada only.) Standard screw base. Requires the use of a socket with a ceramic base and rated to handle the appropriate wattage. Each bulb measures approximately 3-1/2" x 2-3/4" diameter.
