Emperor Filter Cartridges

The preassembled Emperor Cartridge filters water through a huge 44 square inch pad. Made of double thick polyfiber, it traps more waste and dirt particles. Inside, each disposable cartridge contains two full ounces of Diamond Premium Activated Carbon...the best that there is. It works longer and faster to adsorb harmful pollutants which discolor aquarium water and cause odors.

It's better than a bag! Just shake and rinse. The patented ribbed backing evenly distributes carbon for maximum water-to-carbon contact. No bypass, no "tea-bag" effect. Just crystal clear, crystal clean water. For best results, change at least monthly. Each cartridge measures approximately 6" W x 9" H. Designed specifically for the Emperor 280 and 400 filters.
