Return Policy

We have modeled our return policy after the largest mail order houses.  If you wish to return a product to us, please contact us at:

describing the reason for returning the product.  In general, unopened items that are in resalable condition may be returned to PETdiscounters.com LLC within 30 days of receipt of your order.  Sorry, but we are unable to refund shipping costs.  If the product is being returned due to a manufacturer's defect or an error on our part, we will absorb the shipping charges in most cases.
