Order Status

Feel free to drop us an e-mail message in regards to the status of your order.  Be sure to include your Name as it appears on the order and the Order Number with all inquiries. Our e-mail volume can be tremendous at times, but we will get back to you in a timely manner with an answer.  We are the first to admit that we don't have millions of dollars of financial backing from Wall Street, but our staff is highly dedicated and we will work as late as needed each night to get all of the day's messages answered.

Please keep in mind that once an order ships out, delivery can typically take between three and five business days to arrive at your location.  We ship via USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground nearly all of the time, but can arrange for alternative methods at your request. We maintain a very large inventory in our warehouse and ship out orders as quickly as possible.
